 May God Bless The USA I am exited to see our new president take office. Our country has struggled over the last four years and we need strong leadership. I believe President Trump will provide that leadership. I am looking forward to seeing what he does to help our country. We all should focus on unity and avoid the stumbling blocks that have jeopardized us. May the Lord be our strength and our shield! ~RD

I created a new blogger site yesterday; https://faith-and-music.blogspot.com/ As I began, I realized that I have a couple other blogger sites I created about ten years ago. I started https://rdstinson.blogspot.com/ and https://familypctech.blogspot.com/ while working at a call center back then. Now my desire is to create something promoting faith and music so I have begun working on it. While I will be actively working on the new site, I plan on bringing the legacy sites up to speed also. It was a pleasant surprise to see that those sites remain active. Hope all is well with you. Cheers

Thinking out loud Seems like everyday for a while now that something shocking happens. Sadly today, 4 Marines lives were taken right here on our own soil in Chattanooga Tennessee. Such a tragedy. May God comfort and be with their families. This should not have happened and yet it did. This is no way for anyone to die and especially a soldier. I am frustrated with the lack of any ability by our leadership to say the least. Just this week, a sanctuary city or better defined a (safe haven for criminals) produced the death of a young woman at the hands of a life long criminal who should not have been here in the first place. The colorado shooting trial finally produced a verdict on this mass murderer. Did that really have to take 3 years? Some how we are being force fed the idea that we can manage a nuclear Iran. The ongoing confederate overload of change that still is dividing our great nation seems like an open wound that won't heal. I don’t understand the rapid decli...

It seems in these days while we are constantly trying to improve ourselves & continue to run at a rapid pace to achieve our goals, that we have lost site of core values. I have and do struggle with my inconsistent life style.  Like the Apostle Paul stated in Romans Chapter 7 verse 21, " I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me." I believe our society in part shares this type of struggle with me. Things that are happening almost daily to lend itself to my conclusion. Today I read again the book of Job chapter 1 & also Isaiah chapter 6.  Our whole world it seems is hanging in the balance. God is reaching out to us through His word.  Am I going to continue to neglect it or act upon it. Since God is no respecter of persons, Romans 2:11, Acts 10:34, I feel it very necessary at this time to both read and heed His word. I have much to improve upon but I believe God can make those improvements to me if  I will abide in Him....
